Who can claim a Bonus Smart Watch

Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

What do I need to purchase?

To participate, purchase 3 or more CADBURY chocolate products (chocolate range only; excludes candy, biscuit, baked goods, dairy, ice confectionery & powdered beverage products) in 1 transaction from a participating Coles supermarket (excludes Coles Express)

What participating Coles stores are included?

A Participating Store is any Coles supermarket in Australia, including Coles Online, while the Promotion is advertised with marketing materials in that store. Coles Express is not a Participating Store in the Promotion.

What will I get?

Each gift is a Bonus Smart Watch valued at $28 (RRP including GST) (one size/colour and one size fits most).

Is there a limit on how many are available?

Yes, the number of Gifts is strictly limited to the first twenty-five thousand (25,000) valid claims received. Once they are gone, they are gone.

How many times can I enter

One time per person. The offer is strictly limited to the first twenty-five thousand (25,000) valid entries received.

How do I claim my gift

  1. Purchase 3 or more CADBURY chocolate products (chocolate range only; excludes candy, biscuit, baked goods, dairy, ice confectionery & powdered beverage products) in 1 transaction from a Coles supermarket (excludes Coles Express) and retain your receipt. Visit WWW.CADBURY.COM.AU/PROMO and follow the prompts. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  2. Fully complete your details, enter your preferred address and upload a copy of your eligible receipt. Please ensure the date of purchase, store name and participating products purchased are clearly visible on your receipt.
  3. Successful claimants will be notified by email and will have their Gift delivered to the postal address entered in the Promotion claim form. Noting PO BOXs are not valid.

When will I receive my gift

Your gift will be delivered by post to your nominated address within 20 working days. You will be notified by email when it is dispatched with your tracking number. 

When do I need to claim my gift

You can claim from 08/07/2020 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 01/09/2020, or once twenty-five thousand (25,000) valid claims have been received, whichever is earlier.

I’m having trouble claiming, what could be wrong

  • Please check the promotional URL you are using and try a different Internet browser or device if you are having difficulties.
  • Please check the file size of your receipt does not exceed 4MG when you are uploading your receipt. Please ensure the copy of your receipt is in JPEG, png or pdf format.
  • Check that you or another member of your household has not previously claimed using the receipt during the promotional period.

How many gifts are there to claim?

There are 25,000 Bonus Smart Watches in total.

I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase. How can I claim my gift?

It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff. You cannot enter the promotion without a valid receipt.

My Bonus Smart Watch isn’t turning on, what do I do?

Prior to use, the Bonus Smart Watch must be charged to make sure the battery is in normal power. If the power is not turned on normally, please connect the charger to charge the device. Your device  will automatically turn on once charged.

How do I connect my device to my phone?

When connecting your Bonus Smart Watch to your phone for the first time, you must connect to the APP for calibration. Once the app is open click on device connection. After the pairing is successful, the app will automatically save the Bluetooth address off the bracelet.

I have an Android, do I connect differently?

No, Android users will still need to connect the Bonus Smart Watch via the app and through Bluetooth. Android mobile phone users will need to ensure that the app runs in the background and that the mobile phone system settings provides permission to run the app in the background, and read contact information.

How do I turn the Bonus Smart Watch on?

Touch and hold the function button for more than 3 seconds and the device will turn on.

How do I turn off the Bonus Smart Watch?

Where the Bluetooth symbol is, press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

What capabilities does the Smart Watch have?

The Bonus Smart Watch has a clock interface, can track your steps, distance and calories burnt. There are 3 different sport modes (running, skipping and sit-up mode) that will tell you how many calories you have burnt depending on the exercise. The Bonus Smart Watch will also remind you when you have been sedentary for a long time. In addition, it will measure your blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen.

The Bonus Smart Watch can take photos when connected to your device and provides push notifications when you receive a call, text (permission for the app to read your address book must be permitted) and notifications on social mediums.

The Bonus Smart Watch can monitor your sleep and will automatically enter sleep mode once you’ve fallen asleep. It can detect and calculate your sleep quality.

The Bonus Smart Watch can be set to a “Do not disturb” mode, which stops notifications.

How do I take photos with my Bonus Smart Watch?

Start the photo from the Bonus Smart Watch or the app to open the camera interface. Shake/turn your wrist/touch the bracelet. It will automatically take a photo after 3 seconds of counting down. Please allow the app to access your photo album to save a photo.

Can I swim/shower with my Bonus Smart Watch on?

No, the Bonus Smart Watch should not be worn during swimming/bathing. Do not expose the Bonus Smart Watch to high moisture, high temperature or very low temperatures for long periods of time.

My Bonus Smart Watch has crashed/restarted. What do I do?

In the event that your Bonus Smart Watch crashes or appears to restart, please exit the app and reopen it.

Is there a way I can find my Bonus Smart Watch if I’ve misplaced it?

There is a ‘looking for bracelet’ capability within the app. When you click on “look for the bracelet” in the app, the Bonus Smart Watch will vibrate.

How do I know when to charge my Bonus Smart Watch?

There is a sensor that will let you know when your battery is running low to remind you to charge it.

I received my smart watch – What’s Next? 

Follow instructions to set up and connect your phone with the watch:

Install the watch app on your phone through scanning the below QR Code or directly through the app store, depending on your phone.

Soft ware requirement: Android 5.0 or above; iOS9.0 or above; Support for Bluetooth 4.2.

Device connection

For the first time, you need to connect to the APP for calibration. After the connection is successful, the bracelet will automatically synchronize the time.

Open the phone app → click to start scanning → click on the device connection

After the pairing is successful, the APP will automatically save the Bluetooth address of the watch , and when the APP is opened or running in the background, it will automatically search and connect the watch;

Android mobile phone please ensure that the APP runs in the background and the mobile phone system settings are given all permissions such as running the background and reading the contact information.
